For Christians, saying “no” can be really hard. We’re taught that we need to serve — that we need to think of others above ourselves. And that’s all true. But serving others doesn’t mean you say yes to everything. If you say yes to everything, you may be robbing someone else of the blessing that he or she is supposed to say yes to. On the other hand, saying yes to everything could be distracting you, causing you to miss out the blessing the Lord has for YOU.
