The apostle Paul told us to “rejoice always.” But what does that really mean? Is it even possible to rejoice always? Many people rejoice when they’re happy — when things are going well — but when things go wrong, that’s when it gets a little harder to find that place of joy. Paul was someone who encountered many difficult situations in his life: he was beaten, he was left for dead, and he spent three days and nights “in the deep.” How did he get through that?
In this four-part series, Denise explores the many reasons we as Christians have to rejoice, the life-changing effects of joy, and how to access and activate the power of God’s joy inside us.
